Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or special circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
